Good grief, our quaint little town has turned, not so quaint! Perhaps I have been living under a rock and haven't really noticed how many Liberals have enter into our little paradise, but let me tell you, they are noticed NOW! So, week or so ago I wrote to you all about this mask mandate that our County Health Department wanted to inflict on the citizens of Kootenai County. Not only was that an inconceivable thought to many of our residence but, like, NO WAY would that ever happen here. We are some pretty hardy people...mostly hard core, Jesus loving, Trump supporting, Conservative Christians and we are all darn proud of that stance. The majority of our county is rural but we are also a small tourist town, which encompasses roughly 6 blocks, which we call, DOWN TOWN. We have one giant hotel that sits on our beautiful lake, and several others scattered close by and people come here from all over to enjoy our Mayberry type atmosphere and culture. Unfortunately, we have had a very large influx of people, mostly from California, that has taken a stronghold on our peaceful oasis...a stranglehold is more like it now!
A MASK MANDATE!
A few days ago our County Health Department (PanHandle Health) had another meeting to decide if it should muzzle our citizens. The first one failed. I really don't think any of us thought it would happen. I mean, how could it? We don't put up with CRAP like that! BUT a 4-2 vote decided our fate and life has been, well, full of a bunch of hysterical MASKHOLES since then! Full fledged, out of their friggin minds, MASKHOLES! So, once again, the good, sane, competent citizens of CDA had a little protest downtown. Meanwhile, the majority of the tourist had NO IDEA what had transpired just a few days ago as the beaches, the boardwalk, the sidewalks and the parks were FULL of unmasked folks. After all, we were one of the very few places left where personal freedoms and liberty still existed! Seriously folks, this is a small town and the majority of vehicles at any given place in this town were from out of state. Some of our locals were not happy about this because they want these people to stay in their own states and bitch to their local politicians...but I say, BRING IT ON, come here and spend your money but then leave! I like having a good local economy. But now...wow, things are just...not good!

WHERE TO SHOP?
We have become divided into 2 groups. The maskholes and the unmasked. First let me tell you a few things that have gone on with the maskholes... We have several local business that have put up a signs that say they will not question you if you are not wearing a mask. Some stores that are corporate owned are simply allowing customers to tell the mask greeter that they can't or won't wear a mask and nothing more is said and the customer is free to enter. THEN we have some maskhole stores that have signs that simply tell you to go away if you won't wear a mask. So, these on edge, stressed-out maskholes who are in stores that allow personal freedom to take precedence have literally begun to flip their lids on those who are unmasked. I mean raging, out of control, like Hillary lost, AGAIN, FITS! I haven't seen anything like this since Trump was elected; 100% out of control rage! So, our locals have put together a few Facebook pages advising unmaskers where to shop, how to safely deal with these maskholes and to remind them that if they holster a weapon (advised) it is against the law to wear a mask at the same time. This is the best option in my opinion! Birds and one stone comes to mind. 🙂
WEAR IT IF YOU WANT!
Here's the dealio, if wearing a mask makes you less afraid, wear it. People who wear masks are attempting to protect themselves, and that is the truth that many of them just will not admit. The bla bla bla, all the prescribed rhetoric about protecting others tossing out sympathetic words like, Grandma and Grandpa, and who in the heck knew that there were SO MANY people out there that have ALL these Health conditions? Good Lord, really, does everyone have some type of physical condition that if they get THE COVID they will certainly die if they don't wear a mask? It seems so because that is all I am hearing these days. But, again, if you really believe that wearing a mask will protect you, then why, WHY, OMG WHY does it throw these people into histrionic fits to see someone unmasked? Come on, the entire premise of their mask is for protection, right? This is why they religiously wear one... Just a thought, do the Feminazis go around making sure that every man has a condom in his wallet? It's kinda the same thing. But seriously, when these irrational people react in a Neanderthal manner it just proves that they actually question the validity of wearing a mask but feel they MUST and if they must, then YOU MUST as well!
LET'S BE LIKE DOCTORS AND WEAR MASKS!
I have read, and listened to so many different Doctors explain the truth about mask wearing but Dr. Meehan gave the absolute BEST discourse on this that I have read thus far. Perhaps it is because he spoke humbly and in layman's terms or maybe it is because it just made sense.... I highly encourage you to read all his blogs, especially this one. Here is how he is described:

Although the public health "authorities" flipped, flopped, and later changed their recommendations, the science did not change, nor did new science appear that supported the wearing of masks in public. What these ignorant maskholes fail to understand is that instead of harassing, confronting and in some case acting in a violent manner against unmaskers, they should actually be THANKING these brave people for putting themselves out there to potentially get infected. WHAT? Why would you say that Daniella? Because this is the truth that these people simply do not COMPREHEND! But first; I realize there are some people that legitimately can't wear a mask for certainly health or emotional reasons but those who simply refuse to be muzzled are willing to live their lives with an uncertain expectation that they could perhaps contract this virus. I know a LOT of these people who feel this way and I am one. The majority of us have done exhaustive research and have based our decision unconditionally upon that research. And let me tell you, if the EBOLA was loose in our community, I'd be masking up in full respirator mode! Heck, I'd be wearing a hazmat suit! But this is NOT THE EBOLA! And like any other virus, once infected, your body will immediately begin building antibodies against it. Even the seasonal flu...yep you won't catch the exact stain again that year once you have had it. The same thing happens when you have recovered from THE COVID, your body creates antibodies and these antibodies are in great demand to help those critically ill with COVID as well as in creating a vaccine that the maskhole are desperately waiting for!

Now think about this, imagine one of the maskholes needs my COVID BLOOD to save a loved one? Would they change their tune about unmaskers then? Would they actually STOP telling us about one of their friends or family members who have died from this and actually be grateful to us for making the choice to take risks and to live our lives unmasked and the bonus to them is that we could perhaps SAVE SOMEONE'S LIFE because of it? After all, if their mask works, then why the drama, the anger the theatrics regarding us? Save that inner-child tantrum for November...
