While I am so pleased to see some justice served with the release of 3 men accused of domestic terrorism and Anti-Semitic attacks some 14 years ago. Onta Williams, David Williams and Laguerre Payen are 3 of the four men, known as the Newburgh 4, who were unjustly imprisoned for their role in a FBI contrived plot to blow up NY synagogues and shoot down National Guard aircraft.
When US district judge, Colleen McMahon sentenced these men, post 911 for their alleged involvement in these racist, anti semitic crimes, she did not have the entire story but trusted the advice and opinions of the FBI that these men were brilliant, dangerous, domestic terrorists. Little did judge McMahon realize that she was being as manipulated by the FBI as much as these 3 black men were.
In his opening statement, Amith R Gupta, one of the consortium of attorneys who brought this appeal case back to the judge and the factual evidence was presented, stated, “entrapped for their race, religion, and working-class backgrounds by a government looking to spread fear of Muslims and justify bloated budgets.” Judge McMahon appeared disgusted and appalled at the actions of the FBI to set up these black men and I would presume, like the duped FISA court judges in 2019/2020, McMahon was justified in her comments directed towards the FBI, "sending a villain of an informant to troll among the poorest and weakest of men for ‘terrorists’ who might prove susceptible to an offer of much-needed cash in exchange for committing a faux crime.”
Now don't get me wrong, these men were not angels, they all had rap sheets and had served time in prison for petty crimes. But they were by, no means mastermind, brilliant criminals. The FBI went all out to set these guys up...enticing them with large sums of money to plant bombs in NY, Jewish synagogues as well as intent to commit other terrorist acts of violence. However, it was the FBI who was intent to procure these men to create criminals and crimes where no crime existed. McMahon stated, "it was 'heinous' of the men to agree to participate in a 'made for TV movie'...The sentence was the product of a fictitious plot to do things that these men had never remotely contemplated, and that were never going to happen.” This was said by the same judge that presided over a jury that convicted them 14 years ago as well as denied their appeal 3 years later! I hope she is really pissed off!
I wonder, if someone had yelled out the words, "FED, FED, FED!" to these men, would they have realized that they were caught in a Government sponsored conspiracy? Does any of this sound familiar? How about the Governor Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping conspiracy? Jan. 6th? And how much time will the Lunatic Liberal Media spend on this FBI set up of these black men who served 14 years in prison for the crimes of the FBI? NONE!
How long do you suppose it will take to find the US Government, specifically the FBI, culpable in turning the Jan. 6th, 2020 protest at the Capitol into an actual riot? And how long will those who were perhaps encouraged and egged on to become out of control and also those who were peacefully walking through the capitol building, how long will it take for the truth to come out that the FBI was directly involved? 14 years? At least that long while we have a complicit media doing the bidding of a horribly corrupt Dept. of Justice and sinister FBI.
I am at least hopeful that Judge Colleen McMahon, a Clinton nominee in 1998, will not keep quiet about this government set up of these men, but expose how deplorable and utterly corrupt our FBI was then and still is now. We must start seeing good people, honest judges, standing up for the citizens of these United States!
