How is it even possible that with 100 young people, we have ONLY the allegations of one man, without a single one of these young college students getting any of this on their cell phone? The way Mr. Moyer (the big daddy donor) explains it, this wasn't a sudden or brief encounter, but a lasting, engine revving, racial slur, expletive shouting incident and not a single people got this on video? Not a single business has come forward to show their camera footage? These allegation could be verified as true or false very quickly. But, still nothing but relentless slander of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
However, as stated by the “eye witness” of this situation to the police, “the witness who called police told the responding officer that the group didn’t fully realize what had happened at first.” What? A jack up truck, revving its engine, crammed with people, screaming out expletives and racial slurs, wasn’t immediately processed by these college students as a threatening situation? And again, no one has produced a cell phone video or footage from a surveillance camera from the dozens of local shops? How is this even possible?
What we DO have, is an image of these college students entering the restaurant all smiles, and not in the “terrified”, “petrified”, “scared” emotional state we are being told they were experiencing. Is this a result of the fact that, as stated by Big Daddy donor, “the group didn’t fully realize what had happened at first”? Did it take them some time after entering the aptly named restaurant, Crafted” to “fully realize” that the F-Bomb and racial slurs that can only be glorified and screamed out by Black Rappers, was directed towards them? How long did it take after they gleefully entered the restaurant to become “terrified”? Ironically, the person with the biggest smile while entering the restaurant after this horrific racial attack is a female, black college student from the team. Hmmm

OH good grief! Seriously people? Not not one shred of evidence…just an image of one of the basketball players entering the restaurant with a big, beautiful smile on her face. They need healing? Oh give me a break! A video of these students getting on busses to head to Spokane shows laughing, happy students!
I know for a fact that we have a several shops and boutiques and other outlets on Sherman that lean to the Left and I have no idea why they haven’t produced any video that shows this alleged "racial attack" happening. You would think they would be chomping at the bit to expose this “racist” or group of racists…but nothing. Does anyone find this odd? At all?
And now take a look at the race baiters on X espousing their ignorance about our town…it is just appalling.
Coeur d'Alene is a cesspool of white supremacy, Aryan Nation kooks, and outright trumper bs. I'm not surprised this happened. I imagine the people in charge at UWBB were slightly freaked when they learned they had to put up the team there. Idaho has nowhere to go but up.

nothing of this nature is shocking for Coeur D'Alene. As a major hotbed/focus site for White Nationalists and NeoNazis, etc, I assume the worst of the entire community, including up to Sandpoint. My experiences from the early80s can only be far worse 40 years later.

I am just disgusted that our local government has not produced any video evidence to validate any of the allegations of this alleged incident but kowtow to this slander, liable and promulgate the long lasting negative ramifications this will have on our community.
