Support Mental Illness: Fat Shame an Anorexic Girl
What we see or feel does not always represent reality.

Let’s imagine for a moment that an anorexic teenage girl walks into a doctor’s office. She’s 5’6”, weighs 80 pounds, ribs visible through her hoodie, and she whispers, “I feel fat.” What do we do?
We call in specialists. We hook her up with therapy. We gently explain that her perception is skewed, that her feelings do not align with reality, and that her delusion—though deeply felt—is dangerous. We don’t say, “You’re right, sweetheart—let’s get you on some fat burners, a gym membership and schedule a tummy tuck.”

Because that would be barbaric, right?

Now... swap out “fat” for “boy or girl,” a youngster who feels they are the wrong gender and suddenly the entire medical-industrial complex slaps on a progress pin and yells, “STUNNING AND BRAVE!” Same delusion. Same mental distress. But this time, the solution isn’t therapy to deal with those feelings—it’s automatic puberty blockers, genital removal/mutilation, double mastectomies and a shiny new pronoun. All paid for by you, the taxpayer. Don’t ask questions, bigot!

You see, in the New Science of Progressive Medicine, feelings are facts—but only the feelings that feed the machine. When a girl anorexic girl hates her body because she truly feels she’s fat? We correct her, we try as hard a possible to cure her delusion. When a girl hates her body because she thinks she’s a boy? We celebrate it. We call her “valid.” We sterilize her. Then we throw a parade. Somewhere along the line, “first, do no harm” became “first, get on TikTok and validate the delusion before someone gets canceled.”

This isn’t just some abstract theory—it’s indoctrination, brainwashing, manipulation dressed up as “health care.”

These are the same people who would clutch their pearls if a gym handed out free treadmills to anorexics—but will cheer when a 13-year-old has their breasts removed because Tumblr said gender is a vibe. Affirmation is only "abuse" when it threatens a corporate-funded narrative. The rest of the time, it’s called “inclusivity.”

So, to keep up with the times, maybe we should start affirming all delusions equally. Schizophrenics who think the CIA is in their fridge? Let’s send them government files and a walk-in freezer. Compulsive gamblers? Let’s mail them casino chips and call it “risk-positive living.” And our sweet, starving 5’6”, 80-pound girl? Let’s support her mental illness with diet pills and a funhouse mirror. It's only fair.

So let’s be crystal clear: If you support the delusion and agree that an anorexic girl is fat, you’re a monster. If you tell her she’s dangerously underweight and needs help, you’re a responsible doctor. But if a 15-year-old boy says he’s a girl, and you don’t immediately shove him toward hormones and a surgeon with a TikTok account—you’re a bigot.

That’s the game. Reality is hate speech, delusion is “health care,” and the only thing that matters is whether the narrative cashes a check for Big Pharma and scores virtue points on X. Liberals call this “progress.” I call it what it is:  Rainbow-Coated Munchausen by Proxy.

So no, doctors don’t fat-shame anorexics. But they do carve up kids who believe a delusion about their bodies. And one day, when the lawsuits roll in, when the detransitioners look into the cameras and say “I wish I hadn’t been brainwashed.” “I was just a kid,” history won’t look back and say “compassion.”

It won’t say “bravery.” It won’t say “progress.”
It’ll say this: you affirmed madness, mutilated children, and called it medicine.
