This one begins with a man most Americans have never heard: Hugo Armando Carvajal Barrios. He wasn’t a reporter. He wasn’t a blogger. He wasn’t a political pundit tweeting into the void. He was the Director of Venezuelan Military Intelligence under Hugo Chávez. The regime insider. The man behind the curtain.
Carvajal helped run the machine that controlled the country. He lived in its bloodstream. And now, sitting in U.S. custody with nothing left to trade except truth, he has issued a written statement that should have detonated across every newsroom in the United States. But it didn’t. This technology was later exported abroad, including to the United States. Regime operatives maintain relationships with election officials and voting-machine companies inside your country.”
The man who says this isn’t a random citizen who once visited Caracas. This is the former head of the Venezuelan intelligence apparatus saying he positioned the person in charge of the national election technology and that the system, his system, was engineered to alter votes. Not hypothetically...Intentionally! And not only at home, but abroad. Including here in the US, with operators maintaining “relationships” inside the United States.
This isn’t rumor; this is chain of custody.
It raises the kind of question that makes dirty, powerful people deeply uncomfortable: If a government technology is engineered for political control, used for political control, and exported internationally by the regime that controlled it, why was it anywhere near elections in the United States? Forget 2020. Forget the partisan shouting. Forget the media sermons. Why was a tool built inside a political dictatorship ever trusted inside a constitutional republic?
